Rental Agreement Policy

Primary Renter Age: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present for the duration of the entire stay.

No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or other smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home or within the pool area. Evidence of smoking may result in a minimum $500 smoke-remediation charge, plus any additional cleaning, damage, or odor-removal costs.

No Parties or Events: The property is for registered guests only. Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted. Unauthorized parties or events may result in a minimum $750 charge, plus any additional cleaning, damages, or community/HOA fines.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved by the host in advance. An unauthorized pet may result in a $250 fee, plus any additional cleaning or damage charges.

Please make sure everyone staying with you is aware of these rules before arrival. By proceeding with the stay, we ask that all guests respect the property, our neighbors, and the community guidelines.
